On 14th January (Saturday) Borovets will take part in the World Snow Day!
With increasing number of participants and snow fans from around the world every year, this will be the 6th edition of the international snow celebration in Borovets!
During the day, the kid's park "Borokids" will be open for free, including ski equipment.
For everyone who wants to try skiing or snowboarding for the very first time, the beginners lessons will be completely free of charge.
Also, the lift pass for children for day will be only 1 BGN, while all profit goes to the Fond " Peter Popangleov and friends for Borovets", created to support the development of winter sports among children and young people in the region.
The little ones can also learn about avalanche safety by taking part in the fun "Treasure hunt" organized by BEFSA. We will be also joined by the Mountain Rescue teams, who will tell us more on how to stay safe in the mountains.
With the co-operation of foundation "One Life" and foundation "SPINA BIFIDA AND HYDROCEPHALUS-BULGARIA" during the day lots of activities for disabled children will also take place.
