The program has 3 levels of membership in the following sequence - Preferred, Premium, Elite. These levels guarantee unique guest privileges and preferential treatment, as well as discounts for hotel services. Each newly registered loyalty member starts at the Preferred level.
With each new realized booking in one of our BT Collection hotels, the number of awarded points increases and the loyal member gets moved to the next level.
