Carrots, banana & nuts smoothie recipe from Kristiyan Simchev

Our Food & Beverage director, sommelier and expert in the world of drinks Kristiyan is staying at home and he shared with us a delicious recipe for carrot, banana and nuts smoothie, that will give us energy and vitamins for the perfect start of the day.   

You will need:

  • 2 Medium carrots
  • 1 Banana
  • 200ml Almond milk
  • 100g Yoghurt
  • 20g Hazelnuts
  • 20g Almonds
  • 20g Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla
  • Ginger (powder)

Wash and cut the carrots into small pieces, peel the banana and blend in a blender with the almond milk and yoghurt.

Then add the nuts, honey and spices.

If you like you can add few ice cubes.

Blend together until you have a smooth mixture.

Pour in a jar or a glass and enjoy the perfect taste harmony.
