Hotel Rila will be part of Bacchus StrEAT Fest 2019

Hotel Rila, Borovets will be part of the 3^rd edition of Bacchus StrEAT Fest 2019. The biggest gourmet festival in Bulgaria will be on 8^th and 9^th June in special area near the Women’s market in Sofia.

During the Bacchus StrEAT fest 2019 Chef Veselin Kalev and his team will bring the mountain freshness to the city. The chef’s creative approach was the main reason for the nomination of restaurant “Samokovi” in the category creative cuisine in the competition “Bacchus Restaurant of the year”.

On Bacchus StrEAT fest 2019 the Hotel Rila team will reveal to you the sweet and salty side of the mountain with:

1. Pork belly our way with vacuumed vegetables
2. Mini carrot cake
3. Mini cannoli with 3 fillings

For the fest Chef Kalev and his team will prepare limited edition of their special dessert “The secret of the mountain” – a delicious combination of high-quality chocolate, fluffy mouse and sponge from Rila honey.
